  Like food was good but service sucked. Our waitress barely checked on us. We was there for an hour and half and she came by 2. We needed multiple things but we're scared to ask because we were afraid she couldn't handle it. This was my husband and sons first time there and they were not impressed with service. As a former waitress I couldn't believe how bad it was. I literally had to ask another waitress for refills or other items. I don't understand how a waitress could care as little as she did. I do know her shift was about over cuz they did stop setting here so I don't know if her mind was in the my shift is almost over so who cares mind set., but I did notice another customer also unhappy with service.
  Manager never came by to do a table check. I only left her a dollar and honestly I wouldn't have left that. I'm not sure when or if I'll go back.

  I feel Cracker Barrel, over the years, has gone downhill. I've lived from one coast to another and within the last couple years, it just seems like their food tastes less and less than home cooked food and more like chain food. The wait staff here are friendly and, as always, love the country store.

  Favorite eat in restaurant, delicious breakfasts and dinner. reasonably priced and always a kind staff!! When I questioned the size of the pancakes delivered, they made new, bigger ones! Also received a dessert on my daughter's birthday!
